What This Means

When you opt out, we will stop sharing your personal information with third parties for purposes that may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable law. Specifically, opting out means:

What Opting Out Does NOT Affect

Opting out will not affect the following activities, which are necessary for providing the Services and are not considered "sales" or "sharing" under applicable law:

• Cashback tracking: Sharing transaction data with affiliate networks and merchants to track and credit your cashback (this is essential to the functioning of the service you requested).
• Service providers: Sharing data with service providers who process information on our behalf under contractual obligations (e.g., hosting, payment processing, fraud prevention).
• Legal requirements: Disclosures required by law, court order, or governmental request.
• Business transactions: Transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
• Security & fraud prevention: Processing necessary to detect and prevent fraud or security threats.

How to Opt Out

You may exercise your right to opt out through any of the following methods:

Verification Process

To process your opt-out request, we may need to verify your identity. We will not request additional personal information beyond what is necessary for verification. For opt-out requests, we generally do not require identity verification beyond matching the request to an existing account.

If you submit a request through an authorized agent, we may require: (a) written authorization signed by you; and (b) verification of your identity directly.

Response Timeline

We will process your opt-out request within fifteen (15) business days of receiving it, as required by applicable law. We will notify you by email once your request has been processed.

Categories of Personal Information Subject to Opt-Out

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your opt-out rights. This means we will not: deny you the Services; charge different prices or rates; provide a different level or quality of Services; or suggest that you will receive a different level or quality of Services.

However, please note that opting out of certain data sharing may result in less personalized advertising and offers, as we will no longer be able to tailor content based on your cross-site browsing behavior.
