6.4 Do Not Track Signals

7. Data Retention

10.4 Financial Incentive Programs
Our cashback program constitutes a financial incentive program under the CCPA. By participating, you provide personal information (transaction data, browsing activity) in exchange for cashback rewards. You may opt out of this program at any time by closing your account. The value of the financial incentive is reasonably related to the value of the data provided, based on factors such as the cost of providing the Services and the revenue generated through affiliate partnerships.
11. Other State Privacy Rights
11.1 Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Texas (TDPSA), Oregon (OCPA), Montana (MCDPA), and Other States
If you reside in a state with comprehensive privacy legislation, you may have rights similar to those described in Sections 9 and 10, including the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, as well as the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, and profiling.

12. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Under the CCPA/CPRA and other applicable state privacy laws, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. While we do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, certain data-sharing practices (such as sharing data with advertising and analytics partners for cross-context behavioral advertising) may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under these laws.

13. Children's Privacy
The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will promptly delete such information. 14. International Data Transfers
Voolty is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
